This running as far as the schedule says is harder than I thought it would be. I got up on Thursday, January 1st determined to run a solid time. The wind was horrible and it was quite cold. The run itself went pretty well. I think if I had pushed a little farther I could have set a Personal Record/Personal Best for 5-K. As it stands I was pleased with my three mile run and time of 26 min 36 sec. Bummed I am not going to run tomorrow, but my body can use the rest I am sure.
